Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of many of our products, opened, used, worn, or unsealed intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Once approved, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used intimate products

• Products with broken or removed hygiene seals

• Worn lingerie or intimate apparel

• Clearance or final-sale merchandise

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Shop Pussy Kats.

Order Cancellations

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
